Setting Up 2FA
Step 1: Access Security Settings
- Log into your My10x account
- Click your name in the top right
- Select Settings
- Navigate to Security section
Step 2: Enable 2FA
- Click Enable Two-Factor Authentication
- Choose your preferred method:
- SMS text message
- Authentication app
- Follow the setup prompts
Step 3: Verify Your Setup
- Enter your phone number (for SMS)
- Enter the verification code sent
- Save backup codes securely
- Confirm 2FA is active
Using 2FA
Logging In
- Enter email and password as usual
- Receive 2FA code via chosen method
- Enter code within time limit
- Access your account
Remember This Device
- Option to remember trusted devices
- Won't require 2FA for 30 days
- Still required from new devices

Changing Phone Numbers
- Disable 2FA first
- Update phone number in settings
- Re-enable 2FA with new number
