Setting Up 2FA

  1. Log into your My10x account
  2. Click your name in the top right
  3. Select Settings
  4. Navigate to Security section

Step 2: Enable 2FA

  1. Click Enable Two-Factor Authentication
  2. Choose your preferred method:
    • SMS text message
    • Authentication app
  3. Follow the setup prompts

Step 3: Verify Your Setup

  1. Enter your phone number (for SMS)
  2. Enter the verification code sent
  3. Save backup codes securely
  4. Confirm 2FA is active

Logging In

  1. Enter email and password as usual
  2. Receive 2FA code via chosen method
  3. Enter code within time limit
  4. Access your account

Remember This Device

  • Option to remember trusted devices
  • Won't require 2FA for 30 days
  • Still required from new devices
