When to Refresh Connections

Refresh your bank connections when:

  • You see a 'Connection Error' message
  • Points haven't updated in over 48 hours
  • New cards aren't appearing
  • You've changed your bank password
  • Connection shows as expired

How to Refresh a Connection

Method 1: From Manage Connections

  1. Navigate to My Wallet
  2. Click Manage Connections
  3. Find the bank that needs refreshing
  4. Click the Refresh button
  5. Log in with your bank credentials
  6. Complete any 2FA if required
  7. Wait for confirmation

  2. Click Click Here to Resolve
