When to Submit a Missing Card Request

Submit a request when:

  • Your card doesn't appear in the dropdown list
  • You see a similar but different card (e.g., Venture vs VentureOne)
  • The bank isn't listed at all
  • It's a store card not in our database

How to Submit a Request

Step 1: Start Adding a Card

  1. Go to My Wallet
  2. Click + Add Account
  3. Select I'll Add This Card Manually

Step 2: Search for Your Card

  1. Select the bank/issuer if available
  2. Look through the card list carefully
  3. Try alternate names (e.g., 'World Elite' vs 'Mastercard')

Step 3: Submit Missing Card Request

  1. Click 'My card is not listed'
  2. Fill out the request form
  3. Include all required information
  4. Submit the request

Required Information

To process your request quickly, include:

  • Bank/Issuer name: Exact name
  • Card name: Complete official name
  • Card type: Personal or Business
  • Annual fee: Current fee amount
  • Card network: Visa/Mastercard/Amex/Discover
  • Key benefits: Main earning categories

Common Missing Cards

Store Cards

  • Many store cards aren't in our initial database
  • Include store name and issuing bank
  • Note if it's closed-loop or open-loop

Credit Union Cards

  • Smaller issuers may not be listed
  • Provide full credit union name
  • Include card program name

Regional Bank Cards

  • Local banks often missing
  • Include bank location/region
  • Specify exact card product

After Submitting

What Happens Next

  1. Team reviews your request
  2. Card added to database (usually 24-48 hours)
  3. You'll receive notification
  4. Card becomes available to select

Temporary Workaround

While waiting:

  • Add a similar card as placeholder
  • Edit details to match your card
  • Update when correct card available
