When to Use Manual Tracking

Manual points tracking is necessary for:

  • Banks that don't sync (Capital One, some Barclays)
  • Airline programs without credit cards
  • Hotel programs not linked to cards
  • Other loyalty programs
  • When automatic sync fails

Adding Programs Manually

Step 1: Navigate to My Points

  1. Click My Points in sidebar
  2. Click + Add Program button
  3. Choose program type

Step 2: Select Program Type

  • Airline: Delta, United, AA, etc.
  • Hotel: Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, etc.
  • Flexible Currency: UR, MR, etc.
  • Other: Miscellaneous programs

Step 3: Enter Details

  1. Select specific program
  2. Enter current balance
  3. Add account number (optional)
  4. Set update reminder
  5. Save program

Updating Manual Balances

Regular Updates

  1. Go to My Points
  2. Find program to update
  3. Click Update button
  4. Enter new balance
  5. Save changes
