Why are my cards showing up twice?
Learn how to handle duplicate cards in your My10x wallet, especially common with Chase personal and business accounts
Quick Answer
Duplicate cards typically occur when you have both personal and business logins with the same bank (e.g., Chase). The system imports the same cards from both logins.
Common Causes
- You have both personal and business logins at the same bank
- The bank shares card data twice
- You've added cards both manually and through bank connection
How to Fix Duplicate Cards
- Navigate to My Wallet
- Find the duplicate card
- Click the three dots (⋮) on the card
- Select 'Hide this account'
- The card will remain connected but hidden from view
Important Notes
- You cannot delete connected cards, only hide them
- Hidden cards still sync but won't show in your wallet
- This is especially common with Chase personal + business accounts
Alternative Solution
You can also remove one of the connections entirely:
- Go to My Wallet
- Click Manage Connections
- Remove the duplicate connection (usually the personal-only connection if you have both)
Preventing Future Duplicates
When adding new cards, check if they're already in your wallet before connecting a new account. Business accounts often include your personal cards automatically.
