We're experiencing ongoing issues with Barclays connections. We're working with them to resolve it, but currently recommend manual card entry.
Known Barclays Issues
- Security questions display blank
- One-time codes not delivered
- Connection timeouts
- Missing cards after connection
- Points not syncing (especially Hawaiian)
Temporary Solution: Manual Entry
Step 1: Add Cards Manually
- Go to My Wallet
- Click + Add Account
- Select I'll Add This Card Manually
- Choose Barclays and your specific card
Step 2: Track Points Manually
- Navigate to My Points
- Add relevant programs manually
- Update balances periodically

If you want to try connecting:
- Use desktop browser only
- Disable all browser extensions
- Try different browsers
- Ensure JavaScript enabled
- Have security answers ready

Aviator Cards
- AA miles must be tracked separately
- Connection doesn't sync miles
- Manual entry recommended
Hawaiian Cards
- Points don't sync automatically
- Track miles manually
- Connection only shows card info

When Connection Works
If you successfully connect:
