How to add your P2 (Partner) account

Complete guide to setting up and linking P2 (Partner) accounts for combined points and card tracking

To track both partners' cards and points in one place, you'll need to set up and link P2 (Partner 2) accounts. Each person needs their own My10x account.

Step-by-Step Setup Process

Step 1: P2 Creates Their Own Account

  1. Your P2 must register for a new My10x account at my.10xtravel.com
  2. They'll use their own email address

Step 2: Send the Invitation

Once your P2's account is active:

  1. Log into your account and go to My Wallet
  2. Click + Add User in the top right corner
  3. Enter your P2's email address
  4. Send the invitation

Step 3: P2 Accepts the Invitation

Your P2 must:

  1. Log into their My10x account
  2. Navigate to Settings
  3. Find Wallet Invitations
  4. Click Accept on your invitation

What Happens After Linking?

  • You'll see combined points totals
  • Both wallets appear in your dashboard
  • Each person maintains their own connections
  • Cards are labeled by owner (P1/P2)

Common Issues and Solutions

'User exists' error

This means the email is already registered. Your P2 should:

  • Try logging in with existing credentials
  • Use password reset if needed
  • Or use a different email for new account

Can't find the invitation

  • Check Settings > Wallet Invitations
  • Ensure P2 is off the waitlist
  • Try sending invitation again

Want to track P2 cards without separate account?

This isn't recommended because:

  • Bank connections require individual authentication
  • Points ownership becomes unclear
  • Security and privacy concerns
